The ability to shift gears using a red dot pistol is critical. Distance, size of the target and marksmanship ability will be a driving factor. The idea being that you can shoot a closer target faster and a target at a longer distance will require a "gear shift" to make the shots.
The video will explain and show the technique and you can see a practical demonstration of the shifting gears red dot pistol shooting drill. The key is to put the dry fire time in this drill.
