Pistol Shooting Drill - Shooting On The Move Laterally
Shooting on the move laterally is some thing that is very common for Special Operations Forces while conducting Close Quarters Combat / Battle (CQC / CQB) or a law enforcement SWAT team making entry to serve a warrant. It is a lot easier shooting a red dot pistol moving laterally than a rifle due to your body mechanics. For a rifle shooting to the strong side can be a little more challenging due to the patrol rifle length. Where a pistol offers you the same capabilities on both sides as long as you practice the technique.
