The War HOGG 1-1-1 Pistol Shooting Drill

Steel Target Shooting Drill The War HOGG 1-1-1 pistol shooting drill is designed to be used under physical duress stress shoot. I use the Brute Force sandbag to add the physical duress while using functional exercise movements. The sandbag is very portable and offers a variety of exercises I can conduct on the range. If you don’t have a sandbag use what is available to you. I have used a kettlebell, water can, cinder block ect. The War HOGG 1-1-1 pistol shooting drill should be incorporated into you law enforcement firearms training program.


Steel target shooting drill The War HOGG 1-1-1 pistol shooting drill has the shooter using 2 hands, strong hand pistol shooting and support hand pistol shooting hence the 1-1-1. Use your imagination to adjust this pistol shooting drill to fit you firearms training needs. We use steel targets for ease of scoring and quick turnaround. The drill is for overall time, typically shot at 15 meters on a C zone steel target, each miss adds an additional 10 seconds to the shooters overall time. This pistol shooting drill is a staple of all of our law enforcement firearms training course to increase officer survivability in a deadly force encounter.


This is a great drill for you red dot pistols to ensure you are picking up the dot in your red dot sight.
