PROJECT OFFICER SURVIVAL
In 2023, 378 police officers were shot in the line of duty, a 14% increase from the previous year.
47 officers were shot and killed in the line of duty in 2023.
Departments are under funded when it comes to training. We want to build a solid foundation for these officers, increase their ability to solve problems they will be faced with out on the streets and be more effective as well as efficient with their equipment.
If you are a cooperation and wanting to support your local Law Enforcement agency with free training, reach out to us so we can coordinate the event.
Training is provided by Rick Hogg of War HOGG Tactical and Mark Kelley of Kelley Defense.
Rick and Mark’s passion for giving back to the Law Enforcement communities stem the founding of “Project Officer Survival”
About Project Officer Survival
Established in 2020, “Project Officer Survival” mission is to provide free Law Enforcement firearms training using corporate and private contributions or tax-deductible donations through 501c3 nonprofits that we have partnered with. We want to increase their survivability at little to no cost to the individual officers. To date Project Officer Survival has training hundreds of law enforcement officers and 3 officers directly correlated their training during a Project Officer Survival course to them surviving the deadly force encounter.

Our Objectives
1. Give officers a skill set to be efficient and effective if they are ever in a deadly force encounter.
2. Empower our officers while on the range to think for themselves.
3. Build a proper mindset and solve problems so the “real world” encounter are easier.
4. Equip them a tool via The Firearms Training Notebook to continue training after the course.
5. Encourage them to Be 1% Better Everyday!
